According to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament on the protection of natural persons with regard to the
processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data
(hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we hereby inform you that your
personal data will be treated by ISDSP in order to:

• Make your membership effective in accordance with the Statute
  and Regulations of the Association;
• Comply with legal obligations;
• Manage the associates;
• Send to the email you provided our free newsletter containing
  information about ISDSP’s activities, initiatives and commercial
  communications;

Personal data are provided voluntarily, but a failure to provide them may
prevent us from accepting you within the Association.
Moreover, the subscription to our newsletter service remains optional. In
all of our emails we always give you the possibility to change your
consent and be deleted for the service. Whether you decide to provide us
with your personal data, those will be treated exclusively by the "Data
Controller" and will be processed as long as it is necessary for the
abovementioned purposes (except in the event of other legal
obligations).
In no case your data will be disseminated but they should be disclosed to
a third party carrying out, on behalf of the controller, specified services
aim to ensuring the correct pursuit of the abovementioned purpose.
According to the articles 15 et. Seq. of the GDPR it’s your right to obtain
confirmation of the existence of data concerning you, to obtain the
indication, the origin, the purpose and the modality of the data
processing, the update, rectification, integration of the data as well as the
cancellation of the data processed in violation of law or where is one of
the grounds specified in article 17 of GDPR.
